Gina Watts is a strategist, coach, and catalyst for change who helps leaders, educators, and organizations unlock potential and live with purpose. With more than 25 years of experience in education, nonprofit leadership, and organizational strategy, Gina blends heart and expertise to create environments where people thrive.
She currently serves as Vice President of Strategy & Development for Growing Leaders, powered by the Maxwell Leadership Foundation, leading national initiatives that equip educators and empower students. A longtime member of the Maxwell Leadership Team, she created YouthMAX Plus and launched the Global Youth Initiative, impacting more than 2.2 million youth worldwide.
Gina is also co-principal of Aretta Elaine, a consulting firm she co-founded with Nikki Mills to help individuals, teams, and organizations “develop their way so they can fulfill their why.”
Previously, Gina served as Executive Director of Mission at Vineyard Columbus, overseeing 15+ community ministries that transform lives daily.
